The boys and I went up to Livermore to visit Aunt Gina and Uncle Jon during our spring break. The boys and I drove up on Monday and went to San Francisco on Tuesday. We took the boys to Pier 39 and then to Alcatraz. The boys have recently seen the movie the Rock and wanted to see the places in the movie. They really enjoyed going into the cells. Here are a couple of picture of them behind bars. Hopefully it will be the only pictures of them behind bars. On Wednesday we got to go shopping at Target and then to the ice rink so that we could skate with Aunt Gina. The boys were very nervous for the first twenty minutes and then they were fantastic. Nick fell at the very end and scraped his face but other than that we all had a great time skating. Thursday we got up and left Livermore and headed over to San Jose where we went to the Winchester Mansion. The boys loved it. They were very interested in the history of the house and loved hearing the spooky stories about Sarah Winchester. We headed home afterwards and made it to our house around 8, just in time to have dinner with Dad.
