We took a mental health day on Tuesday and went to one of our favorite places. Disneyland. The boys and I had a great time and they rode everything they could. We even rode California Screaming two times. Space Mountain also warranted two rides. The crowds were light and we only waited twenty minutes on one ride. John couldn't take the day off because it was the first of the month and rents needed to be deposited. It was just me and the boys, it was my mothers day since the boys will be in Tokyo, Japan with two of their grandmas on the real mothers day. Yes the boys get to travel to the orient before John and I get to. Nick was very excited about his pirate purchases. What you can't see is a ball and chain around one of his legs.
Nick was chosen Star of the Week for the week of May 7-11. Can't wait to see what he decides to bring to show his classmates. Jake has finally finished book 12 of his Darren Shan Vampire series and has moved on the series of books about cats.
