This is the view of Blarney Castle before you enter the main building. That little hole dead center is the area that you are hung upside down to kiss the stone. It is a very creepy feeling to look down and see wayyyyy down to the ground below. Nick had a bit of an anxiety attack and was unable to kiss the stone but I told him I'd go back with him in the future, to do it again if he wanted to. Grandma Yuki also made the hike up but didn't kiss the stone either.
